At the heart of the property is a stunning 100m² sunken living area, crafted from reclaimed Indonesian sailing wood. This open space blends beautifully with the lagoon-style pool, which features shallow areas and glistening inlays, perfect for lounging and play. Come evening, the living room transforms into a private cinema with air conditioning and a 2.3m retractable screen with Netflix access.

An elevated dining area surrounded by water is the setting for meals prepared by your private chef, with a talented team on hand to deliver seamless service. Daily breakfasts, cocktails, and special dinners can all be arranged to suit your style.
