Set within a secure private estate in the heart of Seminyak, this six-bedroom villa is an ideal escape for families or groups looking to stay close to Bali’s best dining, shopping, and beach clubs—while still enjoying the comfort of a peaceful retreat.

The layout consists of two neighbouring three-bedroom villas that can be booked individually or connected via a large sliding door to form one spacious residence. Together, they offer 1,225m² of living space, two private swimming pools, two open living and dining pavilions, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Each villa features a bright open-plan living area with high ceilings, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment is taken care of with flat-screen TVs, quality sound systems, and comfortable sofas made for group gatherings or relaxed nights in. Each main building also includes a guest powder room.

The six air-conditioned bedrooms are spread across both villas:

• 4 rooms feature king-size beds with ensuite bathrooms

• 2 rooms are twin-bedded (can be converted to king), also with ensuite bathrooms
  All bedrooms include wardrobes with safes, modern ensuite bathrooms with open showers, and thoughtfully selected guest amenities. The two master suites also feature bathtubs and overlook the pool or garden for added tranquillity.

Outdoors, guests will find two 48m² swimming pools, each with a shallow end (1.2m) and deeper area (1.55m), surrounded by well-tended lawns, tropical plants, and natural stone paths. Between the main buildings and the master guesthouses, you’ll find outdoor BBQ kitchens and bar areas—perfect for hosting casual meals or poolside parties with friends and family. A shaded bale with a cushioned daybed offers a quiet space to nap, read, or simply relax out of the sun.

Despite its sense of seclusion, the villa is just a short walk from Seminyak’s famous ‘Eat Street’ (Jalan Kayu Aya), home to an array of restaurants, boutique shops, bars, and spas. The beach is approximately 15 minutes away on foot, ideal for catching sunset or enjoying a morning stroll by the ocean. Private parking is available at the front of the property for added convenience.
