Villa Alkhozama is a two-bedroom luxury villa that blends contemporary design with traditional Moroccan elements, rich colours, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Designed by renowned Moroccan architect Karim el Achak of Agence Architecture Associati, with bespoke interiors by Philip Hooper (Design Director at Colefax and Fowler), the villa reflects a refined aesthetic rooted in Moroccan heritage.

Descending gently from ground level to a lower garden level, the villa opens out to a 12-metre private pool, framed by a large daybed and sun loungers. The villa also features a shaded dining area, a cosy living room with a fireplace, and a striking dining room with a domed ceiling and a vintage light sourced from the souks of Marrakech.

Villa Alkhozama can be booked on its own or combined with any of the other villas on the estate.

Accommodation
There are two double bedrooms, each with underfloor heating and air conditioning.
The master bedroom opens directly onto a terrace with pool views and includes a luxurious daybed.
The second bedroom features a covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and writing desk.

Features
The villa includes a private 12-metre swimming pool with sun loungers and a large shaded daybed.
Indoor and outdoor living spaces include a fireplace lounge, a shaded alfresco dining area, and a formal dining room beneath a domed ceiling.
Guests have access to a shared estate spa with a hammam and treatment room, offering a curated selection of beauty treatments using premium Moroccan products.
A 350-metre jogging track, a film screening area, and integrated music system provide wellness and entertainment options.
Daily menus are prepared by our estate cooks, with Moroccan and European dishes tailored to guest preferences.

Dining
Our experienced cooks prepare daily menus selected by guests from our à la carte offerings. The lead guest meets with our chef and estate manager, Maria, to plan meals.
The menu draws on both Moroccan and European inspiration and features seasonal, fresh ingredients. Children’s menus are available. While the kitchen can accommodate allergies, it is not a nut-free environment.

Staff & Service
There are 24 permanent staff available to assist guests, including two full-time beauty therapists.
Maria, the estate manager, will be your main point of contact throughout your stay and can coordinate all available experiences and activities in and around Marrakech.
