At Koke Travel Stylist, all bookings are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to both accommodation reservations and day tours or activity bookings. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Accommodation Bookings
Due to the nature of short-term villa and property rentals, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, changes of mind, no-shows, or early checkouts. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, changes, or disruptions.
Day Trips and Activities
All tours and experiences are arranged in advance with our vendors. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, or failure to attend. If a trip is cancelled by the provider due to safety, weather, or operational issues, we will attempt to reschedule your experience or issue a credit where possible — subject to vendor terms.
Non-Refundable Items
As a travel service provider, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This includes:
Accommodation stays
Tours, day trips, and activities
Gift vouchers or digital bookings
Any bookings made at promotional or discounted rates
Exceptions
In rare cases where a supplier or host cancels a confirmed booking, we will support you in securing an alternative or issuing a credit. Refunds will only be considered in such instances and are subject to review.
