Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Age & Weight Restrictions: Minimum age requirements and maximum weight limits apply for the elephant ride. Specific details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Pick-Up & Transfers: Complimentary shared transport is included for guests staying within the designated service area. Pick-up times will be advised after booking. Surcharges apply for locations outside this area. Cancellations & Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, amendments, or no-shows under any circumstances. Health & Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the staff. The tour operator reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit or who poses a safety risk. Weather Conditions: Tours operate rain or shine. However, in cases of extreme weather that affect the safety of guests or animals, the tour may be rescheduled or credited at the operator's discretion. Inclusions & Exclusions: The tour price includes shared transport, park entry, elephant ride, feeding experience, education program, and dinner. Drinks, a' la carte menu items, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated. Special Requests: Dietary needs and special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. While all efforts will be made to accommodate, requests are subject to availability. Insurance: Basic insurance coverage is included. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance for additional protection. Liability: Participation is at the guest's own risk. The tour operator is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
